Day 3 cont

Dinner time, there were a few of us that wanted to go have something to eat that didn’t cost hardly anything (yeah Right) but at the same time we explored a little as well. So Shawna, Patrick, Me, Jake, and Jason…. decided to all go together. We figured we would try this Italian Restaurant and maybe get a few sites on our list to check off, like The House of Parliament and so on. Well, we took the underground, tube, (subway) and with Shawna’s great directional skills, (lol), we decided to get off at a particular stop. The only thing we had was the little book that told us where and what street the restaurant was on but really no directions. We all ended up walking for miles it seemed. It was kind of funny but we had to ask almost 5 different people for directions. They were so nice to help too and well we finally found it but it was packed. Remind you we left out on our little trip around 630 and found the place around 830 or so. It was crazy, but we had fun. The best part of it all was the sites we saw. We were definitely out of the tourist area and in a very nice uptown classy side of town. We ended up seeing the Tower Bridge, very beautiful. We got to see a lot of construction…. One particular building that was so beautiful that the pictures would have to speak for it. We were able to get close to the water and see the boats and barges and it was overall beautiful. So our outing might have been for food but we definitely found food for the soul….desserts.
